June's full Moon is typically the last full Moon of spring or the first of summer and has traditionally been called the Strawberry Moon. This name has been used by Algonquin, Ojibwe, Dakota, and Lakota peoples, among others, to mark the ripening of ”June-bearing” strawberries that are ready to be gathered.

The strawberry moon allows room for luck, love, and prosperity, making it the perfect time to manifest your greatest desires.

The full moon in June invites us to look within ourselves to release what is no longer serving us. Join us as we set our intentions and release through meaningful journalling prompts accompanied by guided meditation. This class will induce a deep state of relaxation to allow our bodies to relax and heal.
