This virtual course is rich in exercises designed as opportunities for self-discovery, like journaling, visualization, and meditation. Exploration in topics like physiology and anatomy, signs of labour and pain management prepare parents for the experience of childbirth itself. By attending this course, you make a deep commitment to restoring balance in your own life, while creating an atmosphere of love and nurturing for your family. Our class values ALL births, and all birth settings.
