Align & Flow
A movement based class focused on accurate body positioning for safety in each pose. You will experience holding poses & flowing from pose to pose.
Level 1 - Beginner to Intermediate

Yoga Basics
Beginner Learn foundations of Yoga poses & Yoga breathing. If you have never done a Yoga class, this is the class for you!
Spiritual Warrior -All Levels
This is a standardized Jivamukti class. We will practice the same asana sequence each class, with some variations offered. The purpose of practicing the same asana sequence is so that the students are able to see direct progress & improvement in their practice. Over time the practice becomes more fluid and then more meditative. It is not too difficult in any direction, but instead a well-rounded & fun practice.
Chair Yoga *Therapeutic
Beginner & Therapeutic Receive all the benefits of a normal Yoga class with the assistance of a chair. This therapeutic class is designed for students with limited mobility or those looking to refine their alignment & breath practice.
